身份核验完成后，我们会删除注册账号、账号与球员身份的绑定、登录会话、公开头像、未来出勤回复和缺席原因、私有计分卡、账号提交的导入记录、设备推送注册及个人通知回执。统一账号版本还会删除该账号关联的云端球拍记录；同一账号跨 App 使用的数据也会受影响。
After identity verification, we delete the registered account, its player-identity link, sign-in sessions, published avatar, future availability responses and absence reasons, private scorecards, account-submitted imports, device push registration and personal notification receipts. Unified-account deletion also removes the account’s cloud racket records and affects that shared account across apps.
官方比赛结果、官方历史出席事实和公开排名属于联赛记录，删除账号后仍会保留。备份与安全日志会按适用的保留周期清理。
Official match results, official historical attendance facts and public rankings remain as league records after account deletion. Backups and security logs are removed under their applicable retention schedules.
处理流程What happens next
我们不会仅凭公开球员姓名、球队资料或一封未经核验的邮件执行删除。客服会核实请求对应的账号及控制权，并告知需要的补充信息。请勿提供 Google/Apple 密码或验证码。无法登录或使用隐藏邮箱时，仍可先通过邮件提出请求；核验完成后再处理。申诉工单不会因删除账号而自动全部删除，如需一并处理，请提供工单编号。
We do not delete an account based only on a public player name, team details or an unverified email. Support verifies the account and your control of it, and explains any additional information needed. Never send Google/Apple passwords or verification codes. You can still start a request by email if you cannot sign in or used a hidden email address; deletion follows verification. Account deletion does not automatically remove all support tickets. Include their ticket numbers if you also want them reviewed for deletion.
支持账号删除的版本可在“我的/设置”中选择“删除账号”；下一轮统一账号版本会将入口放在“我的 → 账号与安全”。退出登录或仅解绑球员都不等于删除账号。In versions supporting account deletion, choose Delete account in Me/Settings. The next unified-account update places this control in Me → Account & Security. Signing out or unlinking a player does not delete the account.
